Together with an essential acoustic study of the multiple tonal possibilities of specific percussion instruments, in parallel, the work conducts a search, by means of electronics, for new expressive resources

This is the result - one which has posed me many questions that suggest new avenues of exploration. The path followed is bounded by the instruments chosen, a small sample from a much larger universe of sound.

The preliminary approach is to modulate the instruments' sonorities by elements derived from, or foreign to, their nature, always trying to enrich the discourse. This progression of the material sketches paths in different directions. I introduce a small number of fragments, contrasts, densities, colourings... auditory scenarios where new routes open or perhaps old ones close.
